Vitargo is a high-quality carbohydrate with long molecular chains. The amylopectin is produced using a patented process that was designed in Sweden specifically for high-performance sports. Vitargo is now used in various sports such as triathlon, marathon and other endurance sport as well as in explosive strength and pure strength disciplines.

Carbohydrates play an important role as an energy source and should make up the majority of food, which means up to 50 percent or more of the total daily calorie intake, depending on the sport and the duration of the training. Scoop Guide

1 level scoop in 500 ml water per hour for moderate 1 hour workouts.

2++ scoops in 750 ml water per hour for hard interval training for 2 hours and over.
