In instances of Force Majeure which may include but not limited to war, riots, fire, flood, hurricane, typhoon, earthquake, lightning, pandemic, explosion, strikes, lockdowns, slowdowns, prolonged shortage of energy supplies, and acts of state or governmental action, buyer/client is entitled to a refund should the delay extend to 30 days upon payment.

Returns and refunds are managed on a case by case basis, so depending on the circumstances they can take a variable amount of time to process. Where refunds are granted, payments will be initiated within a business day.
