We have not changed anything in the recipe - except for the caffeine content, which is now 0. Vitargo is a high-quality carbohydrate with long molecular chains. The amylopectin is produced using a patented process that was designed in Sweden specifically for high-performance sports. Vitargo is now used in various sports such as triathlons, marathons and other endurance sports as well as in explosive strength and pure strength disciplines.

Carbohydrates play an important role as an energy source and should make up the majority of your diet, which means up to 50 percent or more of your total daily calorie intake, depending on the sport you practice and the duration of your training. The brain actually relies on carbohydrates as its only source of energy.

Simple sugars or simple molecular structures such as maltodextrin, dextrose and/or sucrose increase blood sugar levels very quickly, but unlike long-chain sugars, they also cause them to fall again very quickly, which is not really ideal as it provokes a constant up and down.

Vitargo should be taken 2 days before physical exertion (competition or training). Of course, Vitargo can also be consumed during or after a competition to replace depleted carbohydrates.

  • Stress phase: for long distances, depending on the load, consume 1 gel approximately every 30 minutes

    In team sports: 1-2 gels during half-time

    For individual sports (such as tennis): depending on the load, 1-2 gels per hour

    Drink water if necessary.

How to Mix Vitargo

Pour 300ml water

(with whisk ball inside)

Add full Sachet or Scoop(s) of Vitargo then shake vigorously for 15 seconds

Add water to fill the bottle then slightly shake

Scoop Guide

1 level scoop in 500 ml water per hour for moderate 1 hour workouts.

2++ scoops in 750 ml water per hour for hard interval training for 2 hours and over.
